Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 8, 2025

By purchasing from or working with Boss Creative Designs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide custom graphic design and digital products. All services are delivered electronically.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are agreed upon before the project starts.

3. Revisions

Each project includes 2-3 free revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional charges. $50 TTD per revision.

4. Delivery

Most designs are delivered within 2–10 business days. Delays due to missing info or late feedback are the client’s responsibility.

5. Ownership

Final designs become yours after full payment. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

6. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or returns. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and all required materials.

8. Changes

Terms may be updated without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
