POLICIES - PAYMENT
- No Payment = No Service. Work will not begin until payment terms are met.
- Full payment is required upfront for all designs priced under TTD $500.
- For designs priced TTD $600 and above, a 50% down payment is required before work starts.
- Final design files will only be sent after full payment has been received.
POLICIES - TURNAROUND TIME
We strive to complete your graphic design projects within a reasonable timeframe.
- Typical turnaround times range from 2 to 10 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
- The exact timeframe depends on the service(s) chosen and the quantity ordered.
- Complex projects may require additional time; any delays will be communicated promptly.
- If you need your order rushed within 24–48 hours, a rush fee of TTD $100 will be added to your order.
POLICIES - PAYMENTS
Once your order is received and reviewed, an invoice will be sent to you via your preferred method of contact.
The invoice will include all payment details and any applicable fees.
Payments are accepted only via Online Transfer or Bank Deposit.
POLICIES - REVISIONS OR CHANGES
- All services include 1–3 free revisions depending on the project.
- Each client receives 1–3 initial concepts, from which one is chosen to move forward as the final design.
- After exceeding the free revision limit, additional revisions will incur a fee of TTD 50 per revision, payable before the revision is made.
- Please provide thorough information upfront to help ensure your vision is accurately captured.
Note: Extra revisions are not included in the original turnaround time.
What Do Revisions Include?
Revisions can cover:
- Placement
- Switching images
- Font changes
- Color changes
- Background changes
- Texture changes
- Rewording
- Removing or adding content
- Spacing
- Alignment
- Sizing
If You Use All 3 Free Revisions and Are Still Unsatisfied
You have three options:
- Pay for additional revisions at TTD $50 each.
- Request a paid redesign for a fresh concept (fees vary by project).
- Terminate the project at its current stage.
Please kindly let us know how you would like to proceed with your design.
POLICIES - CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS
- No changes or alterations to the final design will be made after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Please review your design carefully within this timeframe and communicate any adjustments needed.
- Any requests for changes after this period will be treated as a new project and will require a new invoice.
POLICIES - REFUNDS
- BossCreativeDesigns does not provide refunds once a project has started or is completed, except in cases of significant errors or omissions on our part.
- We encourage open and ongoing communication to ensure you’re happy with your design every step of the way.
- To maintain a respectful working environment, BossCreativeDesigns reserves the right to discontinue service if clients are rude or disrespectful.
POLICIES - CANCELLATIONS
- Clients may cancel their project at any time.
- Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
- Clients who cancel two or more times may be blacklisted, meaning we may decline future projects to maintain fairness and workflow.
- Clients who do not comply with our policies may also be blacklisted for the same reasons.
POLICIES - DESIGN DETAILS
- Before booking, please ensure you have a clear idea or inspiration of what you want for your design.
- We recommend having all necessary information and details ready to provide for your project. Examples include:
- Preferred colors and fonts
- Style references or mood boards
- Text content and logos
- Any specific images or icons you want included
- Since your vision and the designer’s interpretation may differ, having a clear concept helps avoid costly revisions and longer turnaround times, making the process smoother for everyone.
POLICIES - GHOSTING
- You’ll have up to 36 hours to respond to any messages regarding drafts and/or revisions to keep the process moving smoothly.
- If we don’t hear from you within 5 days, your order will be cancelled and payments forfeited, but we’ll send a friendly reminder before taking this step to see if you’d like to continue.
POLICIES - PROMOTIONAL USE
- BossCreativeDesigns reserves the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional materials to demonstrate our creative work.
- If you have any concerns about privacy or confidentiality, please notify us in writing before the project begins.
DISCLAIMER
BossCreativeDesigns operates solely as a graphic design service provider. We do not offer printing services and have never been affiliated with any printing companies.
